All my cakes are baked with the finest ingredients. The fillings are equally as important so to ensure the perfect taste combination I make my own curds and coulis. I am also very proud of my signature buttercream which is the perfect accompaniment to many of my cakes.

Moist sponge flavoured with Vanilla extract and filled with full fruit strawberry conserve and vanilla Buttercream.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
White chocolate sponge studded with freeze dried raspberries filled with raspberry coulis and lashings of white chocolate signature buttercream.
Moist chocolate sponge filled with plain chocolate ganache signature buttercream or milk chocolate ganache signature buttercream. Can be Chocolate Orange or Salted caramel too.
Zesty Lemon sponge filled with homemade Lemon Curd and my signature buttercream. Can also include Elderflower.
Chocolate and Hazelnut
Moist Chocolate sponge, filled with White chocolate and Hazelnut signature buttercream, tastes just the child's treat.
Moist Carrot cake studded with pecans and sultanas with a subtle orange flavour filled with either cream cheese flavoured buttercream or orange buttercream.
